Lychee Love - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of soho lychee liqueur (alt: lychee liqueur)
- 6 oz of Mango juice
- 1/2 oz of malibu pineapple rum (alt: pineapple rum)
- 1 dash of grenadine syrup
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except grenadine with ice. Add grenadine down the side of the glass to create a 'sunrise' effect.Use pure mango juice as it is 100% fruit juice, instead of a mango nectar (~20% fruit juice) or mango fruit drink (~6%), as it improves the flavour.
More or less grenadine can be added to taste.
