200 ml of Coconut Cream
120 ml of bundaberg dark rum (alt: dark rum)
dry ginger ale (alt: ginger ale)
1/2 of freshly crushed pineapple (alt: pineapple juice)

Instructions

Crush the pineapple in a blender with ice and add coconut cream and rum and pulse blend for 3 clicks
