Jamaican Blues - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Coconut Cream
- 2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz of Dark rum
- 1/4 oz of blue curacao liqueur
Instructions
Pour the dark rum, blue curacao, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a blender with 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish with a pineapple piece, and serve.More cocktails with coconut cream
