Applejack Rum Rickey - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 1 of lime
- 2 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 2 tsp of Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz of Applejack Brandy
Instructions
Mix brandy, rum and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice in a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add a lime wedge and serve.More cocktails with dark rum
