Egril - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 1/2 oz of irish mist herbal liqueur (alt: herbal liqueur)
- 1/2 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 of lime
Instructions
Cut a lime into eight seperate segments and place into an old-fashioned glass. Add sugar and crush until the juice is released. Add remaining ingredients, ensure sugar has dissolved, and fill with broken ice. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry. Add a short straw, and serve.More cocktails with pineapple juice
