Ingredients
- 60 ml of dry white wine (alt: white wine)
- 45 ml of Cointreau (alt: orange liqueur)
- 15 ml of dry vermouth
- lime zest
- soda
Instructions
Half fill shaker with cubed ice, add wine, Cointreau, dry vermouth, grate lime finely and shake for 30 seconds. Using a fine sieve strain into martini glass and fill with soda. Add a couple of green maraschino cherries on a coloured cocktail stick.....VOILA!More cocktails with white wine
