Under Kurant - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz of Absolut Kurant vodka (alt: currant-infused vodka)
- 1/2 oz of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur (alt: raspberry liqueur)
- 1 1/2 oz of blue curacao liqueur
Instructions
Shake the absolut kurant, blue curacao, and pineapple juice with ice. Pour into a shot or low-ball glass, be sure and leave a bit of room to spare. Add just enough chambord to color the bottom of the glass.More cocktails with pineapple juice
