Ingredients
- 3/4 oz of Vodka
- 3/4 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
- 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz of simple syrup
- fresh strawberries (alt: strawberries)
- Champagne
Instructions
Add vodka, St Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup, and 3 fresh strawberries to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the juice of the strawberries has turned the liquid a bright reddish-pink.
