The Mediation - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of pisco
- 1 oz of Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz of Limoncello (alt: lemon liqueur)
- 1/2 oz of Cognac
- 1/2 oz of egg white (alt: egg)
- 3 dash of bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients but bitters to cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice. When nice and frothy, add ice, shake again to chill, and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Top with 3-5 drops of bitters.More cocktails with pisco
