The Light in the Piazza - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Absolut Citron Vodka (alt: citrus-infused vodka)
- 1 of slice(thin) lemon (alt: lemon)
- 1 oz of limoncello lemon liqueur (alt: lemon liqueur)
- 1 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1 dash of Lemon Juice
- 1 oz of sparkling white wine (alt: champagne)
Instructions
Combine the vodka, limoncello and teaspoon of sugar, adding lemon juice, if desired, in a chilled cocktail shaker. Shake with ice until very cold. Strain into a sugar-rimmed glass and top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon slice. Yield: One cocktail.More cocktails with citrus-infused vodka
