Ingredients
- 3 of strawberries
- 1 oz of Strawberry Schnapps
- 2 oz of half-and-half (alt: cream)
- 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
Instructions
Place schnapps, half-and-half, sugar, and 2 cups of crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a high speed. Add 2 of the strawberries and blend for 10 seconds. Pour into a parfait glass, top with the other strawberry, and serve with a straw.More cocktails with strawberries
