1 oz of ruby port (alt: port)
12 oz of Stout (alt: dark beer)
2 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
2 tsp of water
1 of pinchground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)
1 of pinchgrated nutmeg (alt: nutmeg)

Instructions

Dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. Carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. Float the port on top. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve.
