Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Connemara Irish Whiskey (alt: whiskey)
- aztec chocolate bitters (alt: chocolate bitters)
- white sugar (alt: sugar)
- brown sugar (alt: sugar)
- Maple Syrup
- orange peel
Instructions
In a rocks glass, muddle together 1/2 tbsp of white sugar and 4 drops of chocolate bitters. Add the whiskey and one large ice cube. Stir to combine. Rub a large drop of maple syrup and a dash of brown sugar on an orange peel. Use a lighter or a match to lightly flame the skin for a few seconds.
