Ingredients
- 2 oz of curacao orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
- 6 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 4 oz of Light Cream
- 1 cup of crushed ice (alt: ice)
- 2 cup of Orange Juice
- 1 of orange
Instructions
Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge. Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely.Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with orange slices and fresh strawberries.
