Roger Rabbit - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz of coconut rum
- 1 oz of amaretto di saronno liqueur
- 4-6 oz of Pineapple Juice
Instructions
In a shaker put 1/4 cup crushed or shaved ice. Add 1oz amaretto & 3/4 oz Malibu or Roncocco and follow up with pineapple juice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until thick foam is made.
