Riley's Rosarita - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of half-and-half (alt: cream)
- 1.5 oz of Jose Cuervo Gold tequila (alt: tequila)
- 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/4 oz of rose's lime juice (alt: raspberry juice)
- 1.5 oz of tequila rose strawberry cream liqueur
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender--blend on high until mixture is nice andsmooth. Pour into a hurricane glass and top with whipped cream and a
slice of fresh strawberry with part of the green leaf still attached. It's a really pretty, frosty drink on a hot summer day!
