Remontel Toddy - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)
- 3/4 oz of green chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
- 1 oz of Ginger beer
- 1/2 oz of agave nectar
- 2 dash of mole bitters
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- 4 oz of boiling water (alt: water)
- cinnamon stick
- Lime Peel
- mint sprig
Instructions
In a mug, combine the agave nectar and hot water. Add mezcal, Green Chartreuse, and both bitters. Stir to combine and top with room-temperature ginger beer. Press the lime peel and mint between your hands to crush. Drop into the toddy and garnish with a cinnamon stick.More cocktails with tequila
