Picker's Peach - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 1 oz of Orange Juice
- 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp of pecher mignon peach liqueur (alt: tropical blue liqueur)
- 1 1/2 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 1/3 of ripe, peeled peach (alt: peach)
- 1 oz of peach schnapps
- 1/2 tsp of caster sugar (alt: sugar)
Instructions
Blend in a blender until smooth. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry. Serve with straws.More cocktails with dark rum
