Peach Grenade - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of peach schnapps
- 2 oz of sweetened pomegranate juice (alt: fruits of the forest juice)
Instructions
In a shaker with ice, combine the schnapps and pomegranate juice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass--if using a martini glass, a sugar rim would complement this excellently. Garnish with an orange slice or a peach slice. The colour is gorgeous, and the flavor is an elegant diversion from the norm.I actually use a blueberry/pomegranate cocktail to make this, because it's cheaper. If you can't find sweetened pomegranate juice, add a half ounce of simple syrup or some sugar to sweeten.
