Ingredients: 1/2 oz Vodka; 1/2 oz peach schnapps; 1/4 oz Orange Juice; 1/2 tsp 151 proof rum; 1/4 tsp grenadine syrup; 1/4 oz cointreau orange liqueur

Ingredients

1/2 oz of Vodka
1/2 oz of peach schnapps
1/4 oz of Orange Juice
1/2 tsp of 151 proof rum (alt: overproof rum)
1/4 tsp of grenadine syrup
1/4 oz of cointreau orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except 151-proof rum w/ ice in shaker. Pour into shot glass. Float 151-proof rum (or Everclear) on top and light w/ a match. Note: Do not use too much grenadine as doing so will produce a pink or reddish color rather than the desired peach color!
