Passion Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of coconut rum
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 1/2 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 6 oz of cold sweet and sour mix (alt: sweet & sour mix)
- 1 of splashcold sprite soda (alt: sprite)
- 6 oz of cold pineapple juice (alt: sparkling apple juice)
Instructions
Add the coconut rum, white rum and sugar to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with equal amounts of sour mix and pineapple juice, pre-chilled. Top with Sprite, and serve.More cocktails with coconut rum
