New Spain - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)
- 2 oz of amontillado sherry (alt: dark sherry)
- 3/4 oz of Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz of agave syrup
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 slice of lime
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Muddle lime juice, agave and ginger. Add sherry and mezcal. Shake. Strain over large ice cube. Garnish with nutmeg and lime.More cocktails with tequila
