Neopolitan Dream - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of coconut milk
- 3 oz of half-and-half (alt: cream)
- 5 oz of milk
- 2 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
- 2 of scoopsneopolitan ice cream (alt: strawberry ice cream)
Instructions
Pour cream and coconut milk into blender. Blend at high speed for 1 minute, until frothy. Add the Ice Cream (Neopolitan), milk and Kahlua, then blend for 2 - 3 minutes (you can add more Kahlua if you'd prefer). Put in freezer for 5 - 10 minutes to chill, since the blending heats it up, or drink immediately.More cocktails with coconut milk
