Midnight Cowboy - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Bourbon
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp of Grenadine
- 2 tsp of Southern Comfort (alt: peach liqueur)
- sparkling water
- orange slice
Instructions
Combine bourbon, lemon juice and grenadine with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a chilled highball glass and fill with sparkling water. Float Southern Comfort on to and garnish with orange slice.
