Meyer Lemon Martini - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 oz of stolichnaya vanilla vodka
- 3 oz of simple syrup
- 1 of squeezed meyer lemon juice (alt: vsplash fruit juice)
Instructions
Combine ingredients, over ice, into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a paper thin slice of Meyer Lemon, floating on the top.These are DELICIOUS! They have a richness to them, due to the vanilla vodka and the Meyer Lemons, which are sweeter, smoother and richer than regular lemons.
