Mekong - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz of peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz of banana liqueur
- 1/2 oz of Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1 splash of heavy cream
- 1 1/2 oz of Malibu coconut rum (alt: coconut rum)
- 1/2-3/4 oz of melon liqueur
- 1/4-1/2 oz of Pina Colada Mix
- 1/2 oz of Strawberry Schnapps
- 1/4 oz of blue curacao liqueur
- 1 dash of 7-up soda (alt: sprite)
Instructions
Mix the first ten ingredients (malibu, peach, strawberry, banana, melon, blue, orange juice, pineapple juice, pina mix, 7-up) in a shaker. Pour into a hurricane glass, then top with cream. Serve with fresh fruit (except lime), and some filberts if desired.More cocktails with peach schnapps
