Jungle Bird - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of blackstrap rum (alt: light rum)
- 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz of campari
- 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup

Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.More cocktails with light rum
