Jack Honey Slushee - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Lime Juice
- 4 oz of Passion-fruit Juice
- 8 oz of water
- 1 dash of bitters
- 6 oz of jack iron strong caribbean rum (alt: light rum)
- 1 of pinchfresh, grated nutmeg (alt: nutmeg)
Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container. Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency.Make sure you use strong rum (140+), or it will freeze solid.
Serve in a pina colada or old fashioned glass. Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg.
