3 oz of espresso (alt: coffee)
2 oz of milk
2 oz of cream
1/2 oz of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur (alt: hazelnut liqueur)

1 tbsp of instant coffee (alt: coffee)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients with 2 scoops of ice. Pour into a poco grande glass. Sprinkle some optional nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
