Icy Ice - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of Lime Juice
- 1 pinch of lemon
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1 oz of Orange Juice
- 1 oz of Cranberry Juice
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1 scoop of lime ice cream (alt: coco lopez cream of coconut)
- pepsi cola (alt: coke)
Instructions
1. Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice. Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice.2. Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out. Serve.
