Icy Clean Martini - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 oz of Skyy vodka (alt: vodka)
- 1 oz of martini & rossi dry vermouth (alt: dry vermouth)
- 4 drops of fee brothers orange bitters (alt: orange bitters)
- 1 of strip of lemon (alt: lemon italian ice)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail pitcher, including the lemon peel. Add 2 handfuls of ice. Stir vigorously (40 stirs should do it). Strain into an ICED cocktail glass and serve immediately, with NO garnish. The lemon peel will have added its oils to the martini during stirring.
