Honnessey - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 of lemon
- 1 oz of Hennessy Cognac (alt: cognac)
- 1 tbsp of sweet clover honey (alt: honey vodka)
Instructions
To make 1 shot, mix Hennessey and approximate 1 tbsp. of Sweet Clover Honey (gourmet honey is preferred) in following ratio, though this can vary slightly depending on taste.
