Hong Kong Fizz - Cocktail Recipe

- 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz of green chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
- 4 oz of soda water
- 1/2 tsp of caster sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1/2 oz of benedictine herbal liqueur
- 1/2 oz of yellow chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
Instructions
