Ingredients
- 1 cube of sugar cube
- 6 leaf of mint
- 2 oz of Bourbon
- 1 oz of Lime Juice
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- 2 dash of absinthe
- 3 dash of bitters
- 3 dash of Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 leaf of mint
Instructions
Gently muddle sugar and mint in bourbon, lime, simple, and absinthe. Dump into a Collins and add crushed ice. Dash bitters on top and swizzle lightly. Top with more crushed ice and mint garnish.More cocktails with sugar
