Ingredients
- 1 tsp of bar sugar (alt: sugar)
- 2 oz of blanton's bourbon whiskey (alt: bourbon whiskey)
- 1 dash of fee brothers old-fashioned bitters (alt: mole bitters)
- 4 of piecesfresh ginger (alt: ginger)
Instructions
Muddle about four peices of fresh ginger in the bottom of the glass. Put a spoon of bar sugar in the bottom of the glass with one ice cube and a dash of bitters. While stiring add bourbon, bitters and ice. Continue to slowly add the bourbon and ice for about 5-15 minutes to dilute and chill the drink.
