Gatarou Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1/2 glass of pastis liqueur (alt: caramel liqueur)
- 1/2 glass of green chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
- sprite soda
- fresh cucumber (alt: cucumbers)
Instructions
Muddle three slices of cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice, Chartreuse and Pernod. Shake. Without straining, pour into margarita glass. Top with Sprite (or you may substitute Mountain Dew). Garnish with a lemon twist, using the pithy, bitter part of the peel to rub around the rim of the glass just before serving.More cocktails with caramel liqueur
