Frosty Noggin - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of rum
- 3/4 oz of white creme de cacao (alt: chocolate liqueur)
- 3 oz of eggnog
- 3 cup of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a few drops of green creme de menthe and a rolled cookie, and serve.More cocktails with light rum
