1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of egg white (alt: egg)
2 oz of Champagne

Instructions

Shake vodka, creme de peche, lemon, and egg white in a cocktail shaker for about one minute, to get a nice froth on the egg white. Add a few cubes of ice and shake again to chill the mixture.
