Felonius Monk - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz of Herbal Liqueur
- 1/2 oz of benedictine
- 3 dash of bitters
- 1 oz of egg white (alt: egg)
- 1 1/2 oz of beer
- 1 twist of orange peel
Instructions
Combine all except beer in a shaker without ice. Shake for several seconds, then add ice and shake for at least 15 seconds. Strain into collins glass and top with beer. Garnish.More cocktails with gin
