Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Absolut vodka (alt: vodka)
- 1 1/2 oz of chocolate topping
- 1/2 tsp of espresso (alt: coffee)
- 1/2 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
- 1 1/2-2 oz of cream
- 1 tsp of grated chocolate (alt: chocolate bitters)
- 1/3 oz of dekuyper buttershots liqueur (alt: butterscotch liqueur)
Instructions
Shake the Absolut vodka, Kahlua coffee liqueur, espresso coffee and chocolate topping with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. In a fresh shaker, shake cream and DeKuyper Buttershots (butterscotch liqueur) until thickened and float on top of the chocolate mix.
