Doctor Dawson - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 of egg
- 2 oz of Tequila
- 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1 dash of bitters
- 3 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
Instructions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda.More cocktails with egg
