Ingredients
- 1 cl of Lemon Juice
- 4 cl of Pineapple Juice
- 5 cl of soda water
- 3 cl of Beefeater gin (alt: gin)
- 2 cl of blue curacao liqueur
Instructions
Pour gin and blue curacao into an ice-filled collins glass. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice and soda. Stir, and garnish with a long lemon twist, a cherry and mint leaves.Peychaud’s Bitters
