Cozy Hot Chocolate - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of cocoa (alt: hot chocolate)
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- whipped cream
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 of milk
Instructions
In a saucepan, mix the cocoa and sugar; add water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat; add milk and heat through. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
