Cognac Coupling - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Cognac
- 1 oz of tawny port (alt: port)
- 1/2 oz of pernod licorice liqueur
- 3 dash of Peychaud Bitters
- 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice (alt: lemon juice)
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashined glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes, and serve.More cocktails with cognac
