Cocoa - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp of Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1/3 cup of cocoa (alt: hot chocolate)
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 4 1/2 cup of milk
Instructions
MIX 1/3 CUP SUGAR, 1/3 CUP COCOA AND SALT IN A SAUCE PAN. ADD WATER AND HEAT TO BOILING, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES. STIR IN THE MILK. HEAT THROUGH BUT DO NOT BOIL. ADD VANILLA AND STIR IN.More cocktails with vanilla
