Caribbean Hot Chocolate - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of dark creme de cacao (alt: chocolate liqueur)
- 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 1 dash of chocolate
- 4-6 oz of hot chocolate
- 1/2-1 oz of whipped cream
Instructions
