Ingredients
- Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (alt: almond liqueur)
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 3/4 oz of metaxa 7 star (alt: dijon mustard)
- 1/2 oz of tia maria coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
- chilled heavy cream (alt: heavy cream)
- hot black coffee (alt: coffee)
Instructions
Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract.Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz. mug. Pour in coffee. Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired.
Top with beaten cream.
