Blue Memphis - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of milk
- 1 oz of Malibu coconut rum (alt: coconut rum)
- 1 dash of blue curacao liqueur
- 3 oz of Pineapple Juice
Instructions
Pour all ingredients (except curacao) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Add blue curacao and shake again briefly. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.More cocktails with milk
