Blue Downy - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
- 1 1/2 oz of coconut milk
- 1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1 1/2 oz of blue curacao liqueur
Instructions
Pour the light rum, blue curacao, coconut milk and pineapple juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Shake or stir well. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a maraschino cherry, and serve.More cocktails with light rum
