Ingredients
- 2 oz of Gin
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp of bar sugar (alt: sugar)
- 1 tsp of Grenadine
- sparkling water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over ice cubes into chilled highball glass. Fill with sparkling water and stir gently.
